Items Needed to Transfer Title: 

• Paid and Signed Bill of Sale.
• Proof of valid commercial liability insurance as required by state.
• Copy of valid driver license of person signing title. 
• Signed 130U
• Signed Dealer Title Reassignment
• Sales tax if applicable (Not required for Out of State, or Apportioned Registration)
• Note: If truck or trailer will be titled in a company name, State law requires documentation that associates person signing as an agent of the company.  Any one of the following are acceptable:         ​
